1. Open OliKadal FM — the app loads the curated Direct FM list by default.
2. Tap any station card to start streaming instantly.
3. Tap again (or press ■ Stop) to stop playback.
4. Use the player bar (below the header on desktop) to see what's playing, adjust volume, and stop.

Tap ☆ next to any station to save it as a favourite. Your favourites are stored locally on your device — no account needed.

Enable "Only favorites" filter to see just your saved stations.

Tap any colour swatch in the top-right to switch between Dark, Midnight, Ocean, Sunset, Forest, and Light themes. Your choice is saved automatically.

• The mini-player at the bottom of the screen stays visible as you scroll.
• Playback continues in the background when you switch apps or lock your screen.
• Use your phone's lock screen / notification controls to pause or stop.
• On Android, the app keeps a foreground notification to prevent the system from killing the stream.

OliKadal FM supports Android Auto — browse and play stations directly from your car's dashboard screen.

1. Connect your phone to the car via USB (or wireless Auto if supported).
2. Android Auto launches automatically — look for OliKadal FM in the media apps list.
3. Browse the station list and tap any station to start playing.
4. Use steering wheel media buttons to skip stations or pause.

Live radio streams go offline occasionally. If a station shows DEAD:

• The stream failed after several automatic retry attempts.
• Enable "Hide broken" to keep the list clean.
• Try again later — stations often come back online.
